Saffron Road expands distribution as dining-in becomes the new norm + consumers seek out restaurant quality meals at home

Target’s food & beverage sales soared 20% in the first quarter of 20201 and added 80,000 in store Shipt2 shoppers to make its groceries more accessible to Americans during the coronavirus crises.

Americans’ eating habits have been suddenly disrupted due to the pandemic, causing people to eat at home for nearly every meal. As a result, there’s been a progressive shift in consumer habits as people look for the premium quality they’ve come to expect when dining out.
