National Bean Day is January 6th! Celebrating this unique holiday is super easy. All you need to do is eat all the amazing beans that come in various sizes and shapes. According to Huffington Post’s story last year on this National Bean Day Holiday, it exists because of Gregor Mendel, who famously used bean and pea plants to test his theories on inheritance.
