- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 Tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, salt and pepper, to taste
- COMBINE ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
- TRANSFER mixture to a serving bowl and let stand for at least one hour.
- TRANSFER with parsely or cilantro.
