Tzatziki Dip

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small red onion, minced
  • 1/4 Cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced salt, to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. STIR together the Greek yogurt, red onion, and fresh dill in a large bowl.
  2. ADDthe olive oil, lemon juice, cucumber, and salt.
  3. MIX well and chill at least one hour.
  4. GARNISH with dill and/or sliced cucumber.
  5. SERVE with Mediterranean Snacks® Baked Lentil Chips®
