- 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1/4 Cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced salt, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- STIR together the Greek yogurt, red onion, and fresh dill in a large bowl.
- ADDthe olive oil, lemon juice, cucumber, and salt.
- MIX well and chill at least one hour.
- GARNISH with dill and/or sliced cucumber.
