Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 3/4 Pound feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 Cup sundried tomatoes in oil, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with oregano and more sundried tomatoes.
- Serve with Mediterranean Snacks™ Baked Lentil Crackers.
