Sundried Tomato & Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 Cup sundried tomatoes in oil, drained, and chopped
  • 3/4 Pound feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3/4 Cup milk
  • 1 Teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • Teaspoon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Directions

  1. PUREE garlic and sundried tomatoes in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth.
  2. ADD the remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency.
  3. TRANSFER to a small bowl, and garnish with dill and/or more sundried tomatoes.
  4. SERVE with Mediterranean Snacks® Baked Lentil Crackers®
