- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 Cup sundried tomatoes in oil, drained, and chopped
- 3/4 Pound feta cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 1 Teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- PUREE garlic and sundried tomatoes in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth.
- ADD the remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency.
- TRANSFER to a small bowl, and garnish with dill and/or more sundried tomatoes.
