Sundried Tomato & Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 Cup milk
  • 3/4 Pound feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup sundried tomatoes in oil, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with oregano and more sundried tomatoes.
  3. Serve with Mediterranean Snacks™ Baked Lentil Crackers.
