They sent us this tasty recipe for all-natural, homemade lentil salsa. Dip in with your favorite Baked Lentil Chips and enjoy a snack that is packed with the wholesome benefits of lentils!
- 2 cooked USA regular lentils
- 2 Cup cooked USA red lentils
- 16 roma tomatoes, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 Teaspoon lime juice
- 2 Cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 Cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoon cumin
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
- Combine all ingredients and chill.
- Serve with Mediterranean Snacks™ Baked Lentil Chips.
