They sent us this tasty recipe for all-natural, homemade lentil salsa. Dip in with your favorite Baked Lentil Chips and enjoy a snack that is packed with the wholesome benefits of lentils!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked USA regular lentils
  • 2 Cup cooked USA red lentils
  • 16 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 Teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 Cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 Cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and
 finely diced
  • 3 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill.
  2. Serve with Mediterranean Snacks™ Baked Lentil Chips.
