- 1 can of white beans (drained and cold water rinse)
- 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- 1-2 Tablespoon of fresh Cilantro (for taste)
- salt or pepper (for taste)
- Process all in a food processor.
- Let stand for at least 1 hour.
- Then, garnish with parsley, cilantro, or red peppers for a nice presentation and taste.
