- 3 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- COMBINE all ingredients in a large bowl.
- MASH together with fork until desired consistency and chill for one hour.
