Garlic Kale Hummus



  • 2 Cup Cooked Chickpeas
  • 1 Cup Torn and Washed Kale
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Cup Water


  1. Combine Chickpeas, Kale, Spices, and Water into a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix Blend until smooth.
  3. Chill Let it chill in the fridge and store in an airtight container for about 1 week.
