- 2 Cup Cooked Chickpeas
- 1 Cup Torn and Washed Kale
- 1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Cup Water
- Combine Chickpeas, Kale, Spices, and Water into a blender or food processor.
- Mix Blend until smooth.
- Chill Let it chill in the fridge and store in an airtight container for about 1 week.
