Avocado, Tomato, and Mango Salsa
In a medium bowl, combine the mango, avocado, tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic. Stir in the salt, lime juice, red onion, and olive oil. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
